About Bruin Enterprises
Established in 2000, Bruin Enterprises was formed with a commitment to excellence.
Owner Aaron P. Lautaret was trained in HVAC maintenance while serving 4 years in the US Navy. He has acquired extensive experience in maintenance, development, construction and tenant improvements for commercial properties since that time. Aaron now has 20+ years experience in maintaining commercial properties and is currently overseeing/maintaining a wide range of commercial properties including class A and B office properties, office/warehouse complexes and warehouses.
Using a hands on approach, Bruin Enterprises assess each property's specific needs through on-site inspections and interviews with the owners/property managers. Striving to maximize each property's performance, success, and value, Bruin Enterprises works to build a team attitude with each and every client.
